Scott Miller and Holly are the best! He took care of my complicated situation and the case was dismissed. Mr. Miller was very easy to talk to and addressed all my concerns thoroughly. He was also amazingly responsive. If he was not in the office when I called, I would leave a message with Holly and he would call me shortly after. Five Star Service from start to finish.

Scott Miller is a persistent, knowledgeable attorney. When the prosecution wouldn’t work with him on my plea, he went up the prosecution food chain and eventually found someone who would. I ended up getting a no contest plea with adjudication withheld and less probation than I thought. 10/10 would recommend.

I had a BS stalking charge from Manatee County court from an ex fiancé. The manatee county was looking at one year jail time from me..
