Attorney Montgomery guided me through the process of becoming the Administrator of my father's estate. There was NEVER a time that I reached out for consultation or just a quick "need to know" question that there was a prolonged period of responding. Dragged a lawsuit out years to file and when he finally did, he didn't interview anyone or do discovery properly then let the other party get a dismissal without a fight and won't appeal.

I am highly unsatisfied with the half consultation I received for $300, especially during a time of hardship. The consultation fell short, delayed response, and wasn’t resourceful. I received better advice for free.

Atty Montgomery may be a great attorney but the paralegal is unprofessional. I'll find somebody else, called and because she couldn't answer my questions she told me that I would need to come in and have a $300 consultation before they could tell me if they could assist or not. The gatekeepers should know and understand the law in which their firms practice. Please don't answer phones just to take messages and make appointments.

No one ever wants an attorney and I pray that I never need one again. However, if I do Eric is the only person I’d trust!

I was referred to Eric Montogemery by another law firm. Worst mistake of my life. Be aware you have to pay your $300 consultation fee upfront so he can get paid for dosing off to sleep during your one on one meeting while you are explaining your situation to him in details . I did everything he asked me to do and sent my time line before my scheduled appointment. I'm not even sure if he read it. He told me in order to move forward, and send a letter out to my employer it would cost $1000. I continue to follow up with Mr. Montgomery regarding my situation he never returned any of my phone calls after leaving messages with his paralegal Cheryl. He don't mind taking your money but if you are serious and looking for a attorney to be in your corner and start working for you ....unless you got time to waste...
