David was an awesome attorney to work with. He handled everything I need him to and was very responsive and got me exactly what I asked for. He was always available over the phone even on weekends. When I got into trouble, I was lucky to find Mr. Moorhead. He was able to get the best possible outcome. He did everything that he said he would do. He explained things very clearly. I always knew what was happening with my case and Mr. Moorhead was very responsive to my emails. I think he’s great at helping people navigate through a really bad experience. Update: I contacted Mr. Moorhead for a question six years later. Not only did he respond promptly, but he remembered me. His advice was very helpful and I really appreciated his time. My daughter, in college in Colorado, bumped into another car and didn’t see damage so thought it was okay to leave. She was charged with a hit and run and possibility of losing her license. We live in Pennsylvania so was difficult to help her out. A relative found this law firm and we are so grateful they did. David Moore was extremely helpful prior to the court date as well as during the court date. He helped to ease our fears and was available after hours with no complaints. He met with the district attorney and was able to lessen her charges and avoid losing her license. He was very clear with what to expect and kept a calm demeanor which helped ease some of the tension she was experiencing. He also answered all of her questions and concerns. We highly recommend this law firm for any of your needs.

David Moorehead is the WORST attorney. Do not hire him or anyone from this firm. David charged me $3000 and I never saw a single document about my case. He didn’t fight for me or provide any counsel whatsoever. I’m so furious and I was too naive about the justice system to know I was getting completely scammed. We never had ONE meeting about my case… not one. Other than the initial phone call he completely ignored me and made me feel annoying for asking any questions. YOU WORK FOR US DAVID. He does the bare minimum, forces you into a plea deal, and takes your money. Shame on you David. You’re disgusting for that. Not providing the case report or discovery for your client especially when they request it cannot be legal. I will be getting my money back. You need to think before you totally screw people. I am working with a firm in weld county now that made me realize David is a horrible scammer. They have treated me like an actual paying client for almost a year and have provided every piece of information about my case so we can fight it. We have meetings consistently so I know what’s going on with my case and the craziest part is… THEY ACTUALLY FIGHT FOR ME AS A CLIENT!! Its almost like that’s what I hired a law firm for!! They charged me the same amount of money as David and he did zero work. This is criminal. You’re supposed to fight for your clients, not dog pile on them with the rest of this crazy justice system. Wake up David. You got lazy and greedy and you better never do this to a client again.
