I had an extremely disappointing experience with Morgan Law Group and would strongly advise others to choose a different firm. From start to finish, this group demonstrated a lack of care, professionalism, and meaningful legal guidance. Communication was poor and inconsistent, leaving me feeling ignored and uninformed during a process where clarity and responsiveness are critical. I did not receive thoughtful legal advice or proactive counsel—only minimal engagement that felt rushed and transactional rather than client-focused. At no point did I feel that my case or concerns actually mattered. What’s most troubling is that attorneys are supposed to advocate for their clients and provide strategic, competent guidance. That did not happen here. Instead, I was left with unanswered questions, little direction, and the sense that my case was just another file in a stack. I’m still Waiting to hear back from our attorney on our case and the proposed settlement offer. It’s been over a month since we heard back from him. If you are looking for attorneys who genuinely care, take the time to understand your situation, and provide quality legal counsel, this is not the firm for you. There are far better law firms out there that treat clients with respect and deliver real value for the fees they charge. I would not recommend Morgan Law Group to anyone and regret choosing them.

Settlement did not take super long; however, disbursement of funds was delayed. Everyone at their office was professional and did try to assist with my issues regarding the delay.

Lack of Communication never call you back or answer your calls very poor and unprofessional I will not give you 5 stars at all

I had a very unique experience with my case. I was hit on my vespa by a car in August. The at-fault insurance card I snapped a picture of showed that the individual had bodily injury, however after a month of PT and multiple checkups, it turned out that the individual did not have it. Unfortunately, the firm could not do anything for me, and the Medical group tried to come after my personal finances for a whole lot of money. This period was very stressful and I was very angry and worrisome for multiple reasons, as you could imagine. These 5 stars are really for Darla Mata who aggressively fought for the dropping of balances as if I was someone important to her even though she and the firm wasn't going to make any money off me. I heard Darla on the phone talk to others and she is one tough cookie. Darla Mata is someone you want as your case manager fighting on your side. She was successful. I would ask for her. I wish there were more people like her, in what sometimes seems to be a soulless industry.
