Where should I start? The staff are unprofessional with low self driven morals. Basically just human answering machines, with no direction. Beware of this Law firm!

Considering what The Mosby Law Firm has done for us, words are not sufficient to express our gratitude. There are three times in everyone’s life when they need kindness, compassion, and a word of assurance: sickness (whether it’s you or a loved one), death, or trouble. Loss is loss. My baby boy got in trouble due to no fault of his own. Mr. Mosby was appointed to represent him. I am old and was in a complete state of desperation and despair. I had questions. My son is an adult, and Mr. Mosby “did not” have to speak with me, but he did. There was never a time, when I spoke with him, that he rushed me. My son has been cleared of all charges and can get back to his normal life. While staying in Atlanta I’d gotten into some trouble that I believed was going to ruin my life and future plans to become a nurse. I was devastated, anxious, and quickly fell into a depression. Not knowing what to do, I was appointed Mr. Mosby by the judge handling my case. The first day I spoke with Mr. Mosby I immediately knew he was going to help me. He was kind, patient, understanding, and above all WILLING. He told me that he was going to help me and that’s exactly what he did. As time went by Covid continued to delay the process of everything. That being said, Mr. Mosby and his law-firm kept me updated as much as possible. What I love most about this law-firm is the fact that they help those who want to be helped. **Updated** The lawyer and staff are nice but it seems they don’t keep the documents related to court case properly. I have been still waiting for a letter which they promised to send me a week ago. I still like them but am not sure if I want to work with them again. Just too much time and effort to get some work done. ————————————————————— Staff are friendly and provided great service. Attorney Mosby was very professional. He was patient with me throughout my case and took the time to explain the things I did not understand. I would definitely recommend him if you are looking for representation!

If you’re in need of a criminal defense attorney you might want to look elsewhere. My son, Demario got into a fight and was charged with aggravated assault. This was his very first offense, he did not have any priors. This attorney was NOT prepared at all during the video bond hearing. He had two months to prepare! Before the hearing even started he asked the judge if she could move Demario ahead of everyone else because his phone was about to die! The judge declined his request. That was VERY unprofessional! The DA got Demario’s record mixed up with another person with the exact first and last name who had priors. Mr. Mosby barely said a word to correct the DA. He was laid back and not aggressive at all in arguing a bond for my son. He was not even familiar with the case because he claimed the courts never sent him the police report. ??? Demario ended up getting a 50k bond!!! Again, this was his first offense ever! We will be filing a formal complaint with The Georgia State Bar Association or whomever we need to file with.

Lack of communication. I believed because I didnt go the route they wanted my case didn't matter anymore.

Was not pleased with my service 😡 They never called me to update me none through out my case I had to call them numerous times only to be put off did not stick to original contract or anything I will not recommend this law firm to anybody 😡😡
