I called in a little over a week ago and asked if the firm took on medical malpractice cases, and long story short, the receptionist said she would pass my information along to the attorney and it was urgent. Well, over a week and no contact back at all. At least make a phone call and say if you're interested in taking the case, or not. Don't leave me in limbo with unanswered questions.
