I’m very disappointed with my experience at this law firm. My case began in 2023, and here we are in 2026 with little to no real progress. I initially paid $1,500 and was told letters would be sent out and things would move forward. After that, I heard nothing for months. Eventually, someone called saying they were going to “review the case again,” but once again there was no follow-up for a long period of time. When I reached out myself, I was told my case had been reassigned and I needed to set up another meeting. Not long after, I received a $200 bill, which I paid. Months went by again with no communication. When I finally called the office myself, I learned the attorney handling my case was no longer there and it had been transferred yet again. I explained the full history to the new person, only to then receive a request for a $5,000 retainer. From my perspective, it feels like the case keeps getting passed from one person to another with little continuity, minimal updates, and repeated billing along the way. Communication has been inconsistent, turnover appears high, and progress has been unclear despite the amount of money paid. I would strongly encourage anyone considering this firm to ask very direct questions about communication practices, case ownership, and billing expectations before committing. At this time, I’m done with this law firm. I don’t feel like we’re getting anywhere other than I get bills to pay with little to no information and since 2023 all that that’s been done as a few letters have been sent to my knowledge.

I’m not sure that Google allows enough space to describe everything so I’ll just briefly summarize it. I paid this firm $10,000 to represent me in a case that I should not be named a party in, and all they have managed to do is completely misrepresent me and fail to communicate discovery requests and answers in a timely manor. The office staff is completely rude and disrespectful and dishonest, and have made me look incompetent to the court and blame their lack of communication on “our office was closed for Christmas” back in 2024. And even to this day a second round of discovery requests were sent and due on December 5th and they did not notify me until today December 18th. This firm has changed personnel countless times and fail to notify anyone, leaving clients in limbo and demanding more money. Please consider someone local and much more attentive to your case when considering a litigation attorney, not someone who doesn’t even operate locally

They quoted me 2500 I paid it and thy ran through that fast. Ended up paying close to 10k to get the default judgement. Paid them more to move forward on that and didn’t hear for them for months. Hear back and now they say they need 5000 more in retainer to go to court for the default judgement which they told me we already had almost a year ago. Told them I’m done throwing money away because at this point they seem like they are just lying needing more money to get something they told me they already have and still have not collected a penny for me on a case that was pretty clear cut with contracts and proof of payment for services a company never showed up to do.

I’ve waited for months to set up a consultation. MONTHS! Tomorrow (9/21/2023) is finally the day I get to see if I can get a consultation, and now they’re attempting to push me out over 4 MORE MONTHS! The receptionist was rude and crass with a “take it or leave it “ attitude. The hell with these people then. 08/20/2024: and after 10 months, to finally get a response. And then, just look at the response. That alone says a lot about how they are. I’m glad I went elsewhere. I wasted enough time “waiting” for something that never happened, but I’m sure glad to make this review. Read the other low reviews too. That’s where you some truth.

I have had significant cases with the Moster Law Firm twice for one of my companies. The first service regarded complex federal comminication law that streched over several years. Great job, reasonable fees. The second service regarded a sticky HR issue that had the potential of costing the company significant money. Again - greatl job, reasonable fees. Stephen M

Just set up our 2nd company with Moster Law. They are very helpful, patience, educational, and have a significant amount of experience. They gladly answered all of my questions every time I've met with them. My friends and family now use them for business start ups and legal aid and I recommend them to you too!

It was very nice working with the firm. Communication was very easy, I felt like the team took time to listen to me and work the way I wanted, tough and aggressive but considerate and understanding. The whole process was very effective. Their billing is also very clear and transparent so you know exactly what you’re being billed for. Miguel the paralegal I worked with was amazing. He was the one who did everything on this case from beginning to end! He was always available and I could reach him easily any time, very responsive. He pretty much ran this case all the way. I don’t think things would have gone the same way without someone like him handling my case! He is a tremendous asset!!!

Attorney Kimberly Atwell is the most experienced and she truly passionate about her clients, she always gets back in touch with her clients, always has your back, and very professional. Occasionally you have an experience with a company or service that you want to tell everyone about because it has such a positive impact on you. This is one of those times. I initially was considering a popular legal service online while researching forming an LLC. I was very close to committing nearly $1k for a chance that it would be done correctly, and I wouldn’t feel like I’d been swindled. While researching that company, I came across the Moster law firm, noticed he had a 5-star review, and began reading. Those comments convinced me to make an appointment, and within a week I was sitting in an office, with what felt like hanging out with an old friend, a very knowledgeable old friend. He immediately allayed all my apprehensions about my idea for the new business, its legality, and the formation of an LLC. He explained the process thoroughly, but not dryly, and did not try to pressure or “sell me” anything. In just over 2 weeks, I have my new company, and I couldn’t be more thrilled. As an added bonus, his services barely cost much more than the online service, and should any problems surface, I feel 100% confident he and his firm will have my back. That level of confidence in any business is rare these days, but it is warranted in this case.
