I gave these attorneys a second chance and deeply regret it. My workers’ comp case has now been open for a full year with zero progress. Months into the case I left a negative review due to complete radio silence. They called within minutes, apologized, said my case was being reassigned to a new case worker, and promised that this new person would be far more available and communicative. They also demanded I remove the review. I believed them, deleted it, and hoped things would get better. They didn’t. Since that single phone call, I have called numerous times, spoken to the front desk, and left multiple messages — zero callbacks. The new case worker has never reached out again. I recently received a letter from my work insurance denying liability for my injury, and my assigned case worker still hasn’t contacted me with a single update. No QME appointment has been scheduled. Nothing. I am moving out of state in a month and have no idea where my case even stands. MVP Trial Lawyers may have helped other clients, but for me they have shown a total lack of communication, customer service, professionalism, and attentiveness. They have completely lost my trust. I cannot recommend them to anyone. UPDATE: I am updating this review for now to 3 stars since my case manager reached out within hours of this review (as predicted). Once my case is settled, I may update this review again. It is sad that it takes a negative review to finally get communication.

Highly recommended, Raul Mendoza handled my case and communicated when it mattered the most. He also got me a great settlement. Would definitely refer him to my family and friends.

Their rate for my retaliatory termination employment case was 49%. Not the greatest rate. My experience with them has also been lackluster. They mistyped my employment start date by 1 decade, got the address of my employer wrong, and I guess my case manager left. Azi helped me today by actually giving me direct phone numbers. Mistakes, lack of communication, too little too late for me to give any higher than 4. They won me the employment retaliation case and the workers comp case, so I'm still happy about the payout, but it was pretty small, which is too be expected. Your mileage may vary.

Please note that when you have them help you , you are not important Mr. Eric Guevara has been dodging my husband Marco Perez for the past 2 months for a workers comp issue . This is very unprofessional and i plan to notify the BBB and the bar Association in regards to this place . It is a bit of a hassle to have to chase an attorney when it comes to something they knowingly will get paid to do. So if anyone wants legal help do not expect this company who just transfers there clients and never gets back to them as soon as they sign their documents. Very untrustworthy and disappointed ...

Wonderful customer service typically starts with the frontline intake - Cynthia and Amber. Cynthia was going on leave but, the hand off to Amber had no bearing. I sent very little information which made me worried for my case. But, I just got a letter in the mail notifying me about the court case within 2 weeks. Unheard of with the pain and anguish I had to go through with these other bogus lawyers that kept me on the phone for 2 hours, made empty promises, or were too scary to be up against a GIANT. David made no complaints about Goliath in the bible. Wrong is wrong. My lawyer - Ryan Averbukh sounded pretty young on the phone and I was already starting to judge because these generations of tik tokers (probably couldn't survive a kindergarten beat down in a playground in the Bay) are special to say the least. First of all, let's talk about manners. They are a reflection of how your parents raised you; not just with your please or thank you. What I mean by that is with your follow through with promises. Saying busy can sound a bit rude to some people like me but if you follow it up by calling me back without me asking what the delay was, that means you actively listened the first time I called with a message or email I left. And yes, I am the type to leave a voicemail with reception, IG, intake, the last person that hit me on email...etc...lol Coupled with the details of explaining things to me a second, third, and fourth time shows patience; this time and age is far than lacking with what social media and online interactions allow. There is a very small group that know how to talk the talk online, but to walk the walk in person with conviction is a rare breed. Said all of that to say this firm is venerated, talks, backs it up, and walks the walk. Good job folks! Now to get the courts to comply with payouts...let us see. My patience is still pending with an ellipsis of three dots to continuation to the last promise pre-holidays! LOL Excellent team! Highly recommended to my close family, friends, trusted co-workers, and ohana!
