Tony Patton He was the worst lawyer I have ever met in my lifetime. He sat on my case couldn’t get my medical files from the nursing home and hospital. Wanted to dismiss my case without receiving my medical records. Never communicated with me. Almost let my statue of limitation run out and than did not get the affidavit when he filed my case and dismissed my case after he filed.

Couldn't get a hold of my lawyer Tony Patton and wasted about 8 months to get started on my case. Tony then tried to write a deposition overnight on Microsoft Word and called his job done and was ready to present it. Never did he get a doctor to review my case and evidence as a third opinion as he said he would and still had the nerve to charge 45% . You didn't lose a finger as a result of malpractice .. I did! Do your job!
