I had a nightmare landlord tenant issue and the landlord is at fault and refuse to make up. After fought for it myself for 2months, the landlord remained resistant, that’s when I decided to hire a lawyer and found the Newby Law firm to help me. I used Joel Newby for an auto collision lawsuit, while I thought getting the case closed was going to be impossible, I was fine with at least getting my payments towards this crash lowered. In just a few short months, he was able to get my case closed and he told me I could stop making any future payments. Before contacting Joel, I contacted multiple lawyers and none wanted to help me, and when I finally found someone who did, he was charging me $4000 upfront. I didn’t even pay half of this with Joel. My experience with Joel was amazing. If I ever need a lawyer for anything I will immediately contact him. I’ve already recommended him when I see people asking for lawyers. I am now in the process of creating a will/trust with him. 5 stars for sure, . If you’re reading this review, i’d just go call him now 😂.

I used the Newby Law office for a speeding ticket. TBH I fought this ticket because I felt I wasn’t speeding, at the very least as fast as the Officer said I was going. I hired Newby Law (ignoring my wife’s suggestion to just pay the ticket) thinking he would help drop the ticket down to maybe no points or just pay court fees. After everything was said and done my case got dismissed, no points or court fee’s!! Best $50.00 I ever spent. ***Disclaimer*** my wife is usually right so this guy must be that good and kept me out of the dog house.
