David is a very sharp unassuming attorney with a lot of passion who values his clients and cases. He was my second attorney on my family matter, and for many reasons, I wish he were my first choice! My unforgettable experience!!!! I've been through different attorneys. Most of these attorneys were terrible. Some won't even take my case without the money upfront. No negotiation. Pay first or nothing. I was lost. My first attorney was money driven. I was perplexed in the legal world. Google search, Yelp reviews were impressive but nothing compare when you actually meet these attorney's in person. I finally found Attorney David O'MARA. David advised me that he would take my case only if he was sure that his active case is not going to trial. He would have been tied up in court for months. Luckily his case was resolved. But there was an issue with the opposing counsel trying to blocked David from representing me, because the previous attorney i consulted expected me to hire her. It would have been a disastrous outcome. I would have been sailing with the same boat with a negative outcome and more money and time wasted for nothing. After agreement with his reasonable fee he went into action. David negotiated with the opposing counsel and appeared in court once and my case was settled. It was a pleasure watching Attorney David O'MARA in action inside the court room. Attorney David O'Mara's cool demeanor, his experience and brilliant approach in handling my case resulted a favorable outcome on my side. He was impressive and prepared to go to trial if the opposing counsel did not agree with our offer. He negotiated my case fair and square. I am very thankful and greatful with the result. I found the O'Mara Law Firm after doing an online search for appeals attorneys after I lost my relocation trial with a different firm.  I contacted the O'Mara law firm and David called me back that same day and stayed on the phone with me and listened while I explained my situation.  I could tell right away this firm was above other firms and their ability to actually listen and advise their clients.  I had to terminate to previously retained firm due to their inability to address my case seriously. After spending thousands of dollars and over a year gone by I was getting nowhere and extremely frustrated.
