I reached out to Mr. Kuranz's office. He read my materials, called me back that day, and proceeded to be extremely helpful even though he told me early that he couldn't take my case. He had nothing to gain from talking to me further and spent almost ten minutes helping me. I'm sorry I won't have him representing me.

I lost a case after seeking counsel. Does not return calls.

I called Mr. Kuranz's office months ago on the recommendation of another attorney I have worked with. I waited for a call back, an email, something. I called them again a couple of days ago, only to be told quite rudely that I'm not in the system. I got a bit upset at the tone expressed by Claudia. It was demeaning, belittling, and arrogant when she said that I must not have called in because I wasn't in the system. I've never been called a liar so boldly before!! I get an email today from Mr. Kuranz stating that I have a time frame to be wary of, and he can't represent me because he is out of the country. I totally understand him being out of the country. I don't begrudge him a vacay. I do however take exception to the fact his office completely dropped the ball, blamed it on me, and then had the audacity to mention a time limit to file!! There isn't anyone down there who has any idea about customer service, and they don't care at all. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR RIGHTS! Find somebody else!
