This has been a while ago, but I went with him for my divorce in 2011. We agreed on what he would fight for. One day, I was working, when I got a call from my (ex)wife asking if I was going to show up for court. He hadn't told me about the court date, and he didn't show up himself. If she hadn't called me, and allowed me to work something out with her, the court would have defaulted to her, which would have been a gigantic hit for me. I honestly thought a guy like this would've stopped practicing by now... but, alas, he's still around. I wouldn't go to this guy for anything. Buyer beware!!

worst office ever rude and hard to reach. Doesn't answer the phone and will take your money and ignore you after.

Mr McIntyre is by far the WORST attorney in Wichita. This guy doesn’t like to show up to your court dates. He doesn’t answer calls or return calls. He just takes that money up front and runs. His people that works for him are just as bad. He’s a big waste of your money take my advice and find a different attorney to hire

I hired Mr McIntyre to help with my bankruptcy. He lost my paper work including tax returns and W-2's. After MONTHS of multiple calls and emails with NO response, I then receive notification the deadline had passed and the bankruptcy court closed the case and all the sudden I owed the government $4000. I was in worse shape than when I filed for bankruptcy. Terrible lawyer. Not a nice man. If I could put a "0" rating, I would have

Good attorney. Reasonable fees. Very meticulous and organized.

Mr. McIntyre did not show up for court twice. No call no show. When someone pays you to do a job you should at least send an email if you can't show up. Instead we contact Ms. Green who doesn't know where you are. Later we find out you are in court with someone else. Wasted money.

Likes to ignore clients phone calls and never calls u back or never emails u back. Makes clients pay for other stuff and never files any paperwork like he says he will

Excellent lawyer he will take time with you spend time with you. the biggest and only help I've ever gotten out of Wichita Kansas has come through his office he's a good man
