I was served with divorce documents by my now ex-wife. Nowhere to turn for legal help, I contacted my employer’s source of legal assistance and they linked me with Panitch Ivory Law Group PC. In a nutshell, they were able to get my son back to me and made me the primary custodian. They got my ex-wife to pay to me, child support. I'm so impressed with their services and will recommend them to anyone who needs family law assistance.

I’m sorry but I can’t in good faith recommend give anything but 1 star. My initial consultation while shopping around for a divorce lawyer with Ms. Panitch was incredible. I felt heard. She sounded like a true representative for her clients. It’s truly what made me ultimately decide to go with the Panitch Law Group. However, after I paid my full retainer, I was assigned to Ms. Krachman. Mind you, I’ve never needed a divorce lawyer but I felt with the things taking place in my case, I’d get some real help. My first call with Ms. Krachman left much to be desired. Immediately upon notifying the court that she’d be representing me, she submitted her vacation time. I thought that was odd, but ok… Over the course of the next 7-8 months, I spoke over the phone with her 3x totaling less than 1 hour, never saw her face to face or via zoom, had to reach out via email several times out of desperation just to find out what going on with my case since I wasn’t hearing anything from her for weeks at a time. Despite my pleads for help and concern about my children, not a single motion was filed in court, not a single temporary hearing. I’ll tell you what I did get consistently, the monthly invoices. This essentially went on until my retainer ran out and then I was told that I’d need to replenish if I wanted to continue or else she’d withdraw. I was financially tapped out at that point. I essentially paid thousands and thousands for an email pen pal with an uninterested lawyer. It took me months to decide to write this because I didn’t want to drop an immediate review that was emotionally motivated. Rachel was responsive, however she was not my lawyer. I would find it appalling if this law firm would say that they earned my money and gave me the best legal representation in their power. Even labeling it as decent would be a gross mischaracterization. I was only drawn in by my initial consultation with Ms. Panitch, however if you’re assigned to Ms. Krachman, I wish you better luck than my experience. Update: I posted this about 2 years ago and I've never heard a single word in response to it.

Even if my case had not resulted in a favorable outcome, I would still rehire and recommend them without hesitation.
