A mentally and physically draining custody battle landed me needing an attorney to regain custody back of my 12 year old son that had then at that point been living out of state with his paternal aunt for almost 7 years. I'm going to be honest as can be and let it be known that attorney Kharimah Dessow really does not care about her client more than an dollar bill , because after surviving 3 brain enurysms & an 8 month comma that she knew of ,she still decided that I should stress myself to pay almost $800 monthly child support ! I only posted that previous post about her because she suggested , but I DO NOT recommend on anyone trusting her. But ,my money is spent by her & there is no refund

DESSOW REFUSED TO DO HER DILIGENCE ON MY CASE AND NEGLECTED TO DO HER RESEARCH TO FIND OUT THAT MY DAUGHTERS MOM DUI ALSO RESULTED IN SOMEBODY ELSES INJURY/ALMOST DEATH FROM A HEAD ON DRUNK COLLISION WHICH I AM JUST FINDING OUT. SHE A;LSO MADE LIGHT OF THE CHARGES IMPLYING THAT MOM MAY NOT BE CHARGED WITH DUI'S WHICH SHE NOW IS INDICTED, ALSO FOR SPITTING ON A COP. BOTH MY DAUGHTER AND THE OTHER DAUGHTER LEFT WITH THE MOM ARE IN CONSTANT TURMOIL(MORESO THE OLDER DAUGHTER), THANKS TO DESSOW. IF YOU GET HER AS A GUARDIAN, PLEASE RECORD EVERYTHING!!!!

When I first began my journey to divorce I honestly did not know where to start. I looked around for different attorneys that I felt had my best interest at heart but did not connect with anyone. A colleague of my mother’s suggested Kharimah Dessow and I gave her a call. She met with me and I knew in that moment I wanted her to help me through this difficult time. She has the sweetest demeanor but she is straight to the point. I didn’t know what to expect when our first hearing came up but as unprepared as I felt, she was more than ready to take on the challenge. Not to say she went for blood but with everything I provided her, she achieved every goal that I had. She worked tirelessly even with as uncooperative as my ex-husband was. It took a good bit of time to achieve the divorce but she was willing to put the time and effort in to make sure that it moved along without any setbacks. I am more that pleased with attorney Dessow and wouldn’t choose anyone else for the job. 10/10 would always recommend!!!!

If you ever have her as a guardian ad litem. You should definitely record your interactions with her. She lied on me in her report. I recorded my interview. I’m glad I did. I also had other evidence of abuse that she did not want to take into consideration. Please be careful as my daughter is currently dealing with the consequences.
