My husband and I were in an accident back on march 3 rd and my case didn’t settle until the first week of December. Also I was very displeased with our settlement because my husband went to the hospital , did mri , had gotten 8 shots , meds from tele med , and therapy he had and still has a herniated disk in his back. Also they total his car. And out a 30,000 policy he only got 6,000 and he still owes 3,000 on his car which I feel they should have paid it off and gave him at least 12,000… As for my self I was pregnant at the time so I couldn’t do a lot like my husband, I wanted to settle early but they told me to wait so I can do a mri and therapy and shot “do all those things to get more money they say”……. Lies I only did mri, 1 shot ,therapy , and med like they told me and I only came out with 5,000… less than my husband even tho I did less and he thought I was getting more being that I didn’t have as much bills as him, at least 9,000.. again out of a 30,000 policy there’s just no way I come out less then 10,000 it’s not that much being greedy in the world. A lot of people was telling us to go to Thomas j Henry but we wanted to give them a chance and that’s what we get….
