My husband and I hired Attorney Giacomo Tolomeo to handle our real estate closings and we couldn't be happier with the service. My original review was by Gaytree Patel and it was deleted , so I’m putting same back because I want people to know about the reality and some update as well. Completely waste of money and time. I was referred to Kevin Smith because the attorney I chose couldn’t finish purchase sales agreement due to his health issue. Kevin took that work and completed sales agreement but after I needed documents which he took three weeks and he lied that he did application for the permit. He lied for one and half month and then told that application package was not delivered to consumer department and came back because was stuck somewhere and got damaged. Also when I asked money back because the sales purchase deal not completed ( at least some because attorney takes money at the closing) he never replied back. People should stay away from this law firm and should find honest attorneys instead. After sending email to the owner I was mailed out $800.00 check but still didn’t get clarification and truth that Mr Kevin sent an application for Liquor Permit and package was stuck in the mail for one and a half month and came back to him because it was got damaged. So it was never reached to Liquor Control Division. Please tell the truth.
