I repeat do not do not hire these people they do nothing they do not care They have put me on hold hung up the phone after speaking to me Very rudely. Then tell me they will gwt back to me on Monday ive been expecting a check. I was told it would be here this week . No later then friday today is Thursday I called just to be put on hold and then hung up on . When I called back they said they I would have to call back Monday. At this point I want to fire them im calling another attorney today to see what my options are. These are the worst attorneys y I u could ever have They no nothing Tell you. That you will be getting your money in a few weeks .months later still nothing They add insult to Injury. There plain rude do not care anything about you And will Carla Is the most rudes person I have ever spoken to. She her self make the whole place horrible. I csn not stand talking to her she is rude short and hangs up the phone with saying hold on everything they said they would do they didnt I made more calls on my own behalf then they did . I set up my own physical therapy they didnt even know where I was going ans the therapy was the people who told me they would take care . Of me I asked about a loan . I got approved from there lender and they never approved it back Please I don't want any 1 to go through wjat I have There just looking to get your money they dont do anything they say its been over 3 months and I have spoken to he attorney 3 times. Call morgan amd morgan that is who im hiring now These people are the worst . And just lie about everything. They said they would handle my truck they did nothing about it I did all the calls got it paide off .I had to hire a private appraisal Because they did nothing I should have researched these people before hiring them . Unfortunately I took the therapists word telling me they will take care of me . You call and they tell you to call next week. Absolutely ridiculous. I can not stand them any more and im calling morgan and morgan right now. To take over . Simply put the worst rude And dont do anything they say . 1 person says this another Will tell you they dont know anything about who said hat fired!!!!!!!

Don't use this law firm! They received my insurance check on November 24th and also the insurance statements. Even though we begged them to pay us for Christmas so we could move to a house because my daughter and I were homeless, they didn't deliver the check on January 9th, 2026. When I called because they gave me two weeks to receive it, the manager, Susy, just texted me not to dare go to the office and asked why I was calling. Not only that, they gave me the check with exorbitant deductions for medical expenses without any supporting documentation, and the bills are unpaid. They charged me and didn't give me any proof that they paid.

Unfortunately, I chose them to represent me and instead of them being attentive to my case, I'm the one chasing them. So far, I don't recommend them.

In my case, well, the first part of the case, which was even closed due to lack of evidence—evidence I provided after seeing the culprit leave the same street where she ran the stop sign and drove off as if nothing had happened—was quite slow until they changed my lawyer. 2015 I wish I would have gotten one of these five star attorneys on here bled my insurance dry would not go after other driver even though she was at fault still have issues from this accident lost my car due to accident no help from them would never ever use them again If they were last attorneys on earth

The law firm I went to was to take a friend to get a free turkey this past thanksgiving and I think it’s so great how they offer there support and help people when they are in need around the holidays very nice also I hear that the law firm is very good at what they do

Honestly, I'm really disappointed with the company's poor service. I recommended them to a friend and neighbor, but they haven't followed up on his case. I recommended them because I know everyone at 97.7 who recommends them, and they're my friends. But they've had my neighbor on hold for over a year and haven't given him any answers. My friend is very upset and sad because of the poor service and because they're taking advantage of him. I really won't recommend them again. They don't work well. Once they take the case and collect payment, they don't provide proper service. They don't handle cases properly. 0% recommended. I waited a long time to give my opinion, and yesterday my friend went to the office, and they barely attended to him. He asked for the person who was handling his case, and they told him she had gone somewhere else. Ugh, what a lack of respect!

Well to make this story short..Laurence Larry Trias sent me Cape Coral for a Ekg and blood work work having 2 laser surgeries and 1 back surgery on September 10th 2020...WELL 4 YEARS and 5 lawyers later just to find out.. NOT PENDAS.. NOR MY SURGEON 😷..OR MY SELF SIGNED FOR SURGERY… I HAD SURGERY IN BRANDENTON HOSPITAL ..So got another Lawyer name is David from Pendas law firm.. Settled in 50 thous and in April 2024 David messaged me and told me on August 9th 2024 that I should get a check in 10 to 14 days.. The 14th day on Friday the 23. I will. Post 📬 al the messages he wrote me still lying to me.. Called and messaged him and no answer PAID PENDAS, LAW FIRM 20.000 TO GET LIED TO.. 😩😩
