Terrell Hogan and team ….. I couldn’t thank them enough. It was almost a decade of back and forth stress, and yet they made the process so easy. They were always there. The door was always open. They were always quick to return phone calls, emails and or text. They never stopped! Mr. Shakib and his entire team are more than amazing. I pray I never have to go through anything like this again, but if I did Terrell Hogan is where I’d go! No doubt. The distribution process was disorganized, and my case took much longer than expected. The point system for splitting the settlement among others felt unfair. I even appeared on local News interview for this case, yet received no additional compensation or recognition for that, not to mention my second surgery wasn’t even factored into the point system for the settlement win to be fairly divided, i had 2 surgeries and a cancer scare but no i did not get any compensation portion increase for that, before it was divided among everyone.
