Not sure if they will take our case yet but our experience so far has been great, we felt listened to and that’s all we wanted! From the start Tatiana at the front desk was kind and helpful and answered all our questions the best she could. When we came for our appointment she was very friendly and welcoming. For our consult we spoke with both Bob and Morgan and both were great. Very direct and transparent and they really listened to everything we had to say. Thanks guys!

Very knowledgeable and professional

Very unprofessional and Tatiana is a poor representation for the company. I submitted information on the form on their website, and never heard back for a couple days. I called and the very unprofessional, unpleasant, rude Tatiana answered. I explained I completed the form and was following up. “There ain’t no form completed” is what she stated. I explained I did submit the form 4/22. I asked Tatiana if she saw it she stated “ uh huh” Tatiana stated how can I help you while snacking on whatever was in her mouth and what sounded as if she was having a conversation with someone in the background. I gave a little information about the issue and simply asked if someone could follow up with me. Tatiana stated well I’ll let the lawyer know what you want then they will let me know if they’re going to help. I haven’t received any communication from no one, it’s been a week. I’ve never heard of a business such as a lawyers firm allowing a receptionist who exhibits the behaviors I just stated; take information from a potential client and tell that said potential client; “The lawyer makes the decision on whether or not they will assist you based of what I tell them”. The experience was very unpleasant and unsettling as to this is my first and only impression the firm.

Ron is a stand up guy. He always quick to help and his knowledge of the law is extensive. I would recommend The Poliquin Group to anyone who wants to respected and treated like your part of the family.

This guy is a total scam. He's quick to take you consultation fee, but NEVER returns calls. He even had to speak with another lawyer to get answers because he didn't know. Before I even spoke with him on follow up, he said "hey go onto google and give me a good review"..... totally unethical. Don't waste your money, he's not good and doesn't care. He just wants your money.

Ron is a true professional who is very fair and efficient. He approaches individual problems with great care. He has excellent communication skills and achieves great results. Highly recommend him for your legal matters.

I contacted Ron's office about a situation I've been dealing with for almost a year now. Ron immediately listened to what I had to say and made phone calls. He was able to resolve my situation within a day. I was impressed by how he wasn't judgmental of my situation and took me seriously when I felt nobody else did. I can't speak to Ron just yet, but if the way his assistant welcomed me and LISTENED to my concerns (uninterrupted) for an entire hour is a reflection of this firm I am all in! If they take my case or not, I know based off of my experience with Tatiana (Hope I spelled that right) that they care about people at the Poliquin firm. I had another consultation where I felt unheard and rushed. But she literally sat there and listened to every word and in this world that lacks so much compassion it's refreshing to know that there are good people in the world! I mean, I know that but it's great to see. I almost cried sharing my experience with her and out of all the people I've discussed this challenge with she was the most welcoming, patient and understanding. Again-client or not-I will seek you guys out if I ever need an attorney and I will refer you as well simply for having morals and compassion for people. Tatiana deserves the world! Not a raise...The world!

Mr. Poliquin did a fantastic job representing me. He was able to secure the best plea I could obtain for the charges that I had , which helped me avoid jail time. Highly recommend!
