I have a case open with this law firm and I see where people are saying that they kept them updated but I haven’t been updated on my case I call in to get information to only be told that they will call me back but I never get a call back I have been waiting two weeks now for a call back just to get a update on my case how did you guys get a update I really do need help I have been thinking about going somewhere else because I have no idea what’s going on
