If I could rate Kevin & his team higher I absolutely would my case was a bit more complex than others due to a liability dispute & he still was able to surpass my expectations in resolving my claim. Their clear communication & always providing realistic time frames helped make this process even easier I could not have asked for better representation.

Not only was I charged the 33.33% contingency fee stated in the contract, but he also added an additional **$3,457.34 in “other fees”**—after previously telling me it would only be $2,300 before I agreed to settle; mind you that it is not even us going to trial. On top of that, Mr. Lopez got me into settling by telling me that if I went to trial, the other party would uncover my past workers’ compensation during discovery and that I would likely receive less money. I now see this as a tactic to push me into a settlement I was not comfortable with. He also gave me **inconsistent and misleading information** about the at-fault party’s insurance policy. At first, Mr. Lopez told me the other party carried a **$100,000 policy limit**, but later he changed his story, saying he wasn’t sure and that it might only be **$50,000**. This kind of back-and-forth left me feeling like he was not being honest or simply not competent. Throughout the process, I felt misled, mistreated, and at times like I was dealing with an **inexperienced intern rather than a licensed attorney.** Lies, miscommunication, and broken promises defined my entire experience. I even reached a point where I just wanted him off my case completely. Because of this conduct, I will be filing a **formal complaint with the Texas State Bar** against Mr. Lopez. What he did was not right, and no client should ever have to go through what I experienced. **DO NOT trust this firm with your case, and especially do not trust Mr. Carlos Lopez.** He did me wrong, and I would never recommend his services to anyone.

Currently a very unsatisfied client. Had Mr. Lopez tell me “ he can’t make the at fault parties claims agents do their job”…I’m sorry but I thought that’s what I hired him for. I had to make several phone calls and threats to find new representation ..just to have an initial conversation about what to expect as this is my first time going through such a traumatic experience. It will be a month next week and I still don’t even have an estimate for my vehicle and apparently it’s my job to hound the third party for answers while I work my 9-5…. Big regret hiring them…no help just making the entire experience more painful and frustrating

I hired queenan law firm to represent me through a child custody case. I wanted kevin as my attourney and ended up with carlos lopez. The communication with mr. Lopez was poor i spoke to him maybe 2-3 times and then he does not contact me til the night before court blowing my phone up to sign papers for him to withdraw from the case. I was told to drop my son off and then next thing you know carlos withdraws from my case. I find it odd how he goes to lunch with the other lawyer comes back and tells me and my witness not to worry about paying the rest of the money and i requested to speak to the judge multiple times and he or other lawyer kept trying to talk me out of speaking to judge or that i would go to jail or some type of trouble and refuse for me to talk to judge on my behalf.. Cause he was so worried about withdrawing from the case and his excuse was cause he got a rental car and needed to return it by a certain time. My witness even spoke to mr. Lopez and she also told him how wrong it to do that to a person and their child. I have all the proof in the world to show that the other party is not the best for my son well being and that i had my son all this time til i hired mr. Lopez and not letting me speak to the judge myself. I hired the lawfirm to defend me and my son and instead they got money out of my family and withdrew and without my son. So i had to get a new lawyer who actually cares for my son well being and is fighting for me and actually looks at the proof and hears me out. I hope noone else goes thru what i went thru cause its horrible to pay for ur son to be snatched and then be dropped. God bless everyone.

However our Attorney Carlos at the Queenan Law firm handled our case from start to finish. We were able to recover our losses and our medical expenses.
