Called in to schedule a consultation and was able to get my questions answered that same day! They are very knowledgeable and didn’t give me blanketed answers/advice, From the beginning of the conversation my questions were answered. After speaking with the lawyer i didn’t leave feeling confused. They answered my questions right away and straight to the point, they even refunded my consultation fee! The front receptionist was also very on point, and dealing with bad customer service from other offices this made me confident in my decision to give them a call. My personal experience with Radchenko Law Group has been a nightmare, in the midst of an already challenging life event! You don’t matter as a person, your payment does! I can see why the current rating is only 1 star. If you’re looking for compassion, great communication and someone to guide and be there for you during a divorce, PLEASE LOOK ELSEWHERE! You will just end up with inadequacy, no communication until the very last minute, IF at all and an enormous bill for NOTHING! This firm will push you to just file, a non-contest divorce, as they come across as the aggressor not the protector. I’m so disappointed. What a waste of money and time!!! God bless you.
