Good evening, I reached out to this law firm via email and phone in the the month of July and in August. Initially, I sent an email but did not receive a response. I understand that responses may not be received immediately which is why I allowed some time to pass. It was more than two weeks. So, when I didn't hear anything back, I called last month and left a message for Mr. Reddy with my name, phone number and a brief synopsis of my issue. Again, I allowed some time to pass; but now, we're in a new month, and I still haven't heard back. I understand that schedules are booked, trials are set and personal things happen but I was expecting to hear back from someone by now. The reason why I contacted this firm is because of the positive feedback that the clients had posted about the advice given by the attorney and in spite of the small percentage of people who posted a not so great review, I did not allow their opinion to sway my decision to reach out to speak to someone. However, I can only assume that I am apart of that small percentage of people who weren't able to consult with the attorney because a phone call wasn't returned. I will continue to research and contact other firms to speak to an attorney who has the time to return my phone call and consult with me properly. Take Care.

Any time I tried to answer his questions I was cut off or he started speaking over me. Did not even get the chance to really say what I was calling about before he told me there was nothing that could be done.
