I had an issue with my apartment leasing office, where they were really trying to get money from me - money that I didn't owe them and didn't have. It was really stressing me out, especially with a pending move. I had no choice but to seek legal counsel. I contacted Symone and told her the entire story. She handled it from there. A few days later, my leasing office contacted me, stating that they'd been contacted by my lawyer and that they had decided to allow me out of my lease, under the terms I requested. And of course, they provided it to me in writing. The whole process took a few days, and the only reason it took that long is because my leasing office had to go through all of their own red tape. I was VERY happy with the services provided. Symone was respectful, timely, thorough, and efficient. That's all I could ask for.

I initially spoke with Symone about my case. At first she was very responsive and enthusiastic. She kept telling me of things that could be done and gave me hope. Then she told me not to do a thing until she had her assistant get back to me. She assured me that it would be the next day. 2 1/2 weeks later, Symone got back to me. That was after several phone calls, texts and emails. All of the time Symone telling me that she would get back with me tomorrow. It was put off after put off. This firm has a serious lack of communication problem. She could have potentially caused my case harm, as I might have missed deadlines. Then when she did get back to me, the initial agreement for cost changed. SHE WANTED EVEN MORE!!!, but I had to do a lion's share of the work myself. Today I got a letter stating she would not help me. This is a firm not to be trusted. There are plenty of other firms who follow through on their word.
