I don’t know where to start. Robert and his staff are phenomenal. During the worst time of our lives Robert and his staff were so kind, compassionate and supportive. My mom was killed by an intoxicated driver and my dad was incapacitated. My sister and I had to deal with grieving our mom, grieving our dad as we knew him, court proceedings, manage finances, etc. Robert never added any stress to our already full plates. He always promptly responded to our questions and contacted us to discuss every decision we needed to make. He was always completely honest with us. He never strung us along and only had our best interest in mind. Robert truly cares for his clients and I will never forget some of the kind words he said when we’d be on conference calls crying and telling him how we felt. If I could give 10 stars I would! Robert and his associate Jack Rubin were so helpful with my mother's nursing home fall/negligence case. I was referred to Robert by a friend of mine and I'm so grateful for the referral. The day of my mom's fall I called Robert unbeknownst to me that he was on vacation with his family.
