The census call with Giovanni was 5 star he was a pleasant person to talk to well informed and a huge help to me.I recently reviewed some comments that some people gave about being hung up on and such which I had not experienced,until I was trying to call the DocuSign portion. The first time was great,but when the document I was supposed to sign was in correct and trying to get someone to help me was a challenge to say the least. I expierenced problems with the people I was trying to get to help me change the error and still haven't been able to get it fixed.
