Very unprofessional I have a case going on for 2 years finally got the court date but no one came to court to be with me. Honestly what are you charging me a hefty amount and not do your job. I called the office to touch bases they said Rick will reach out before my court date and no one called. Update I was able to find a better lawyer did that the same work at a way lower cost and with a great communications skills always on point with any questions or concerns. Please stay away from this law firm or scam firm idk what you wanna call it .

Throughout our engagement, I found the conduct to be unprofessional, with consistently poor communication. There appeared to be very limited local knowledge, and the research and analytical work fell well below the standard I would expect from a legal practice. More concerning was the apparent lack of ethical judgment and compassion shown toward clients. Given the responsibilities inherent in legal representation, I found this experience both disappointing and concerning. I believe these issues warrant serious review.

I can’t say enough good things about Rick. He helped me with a DUI awhile back giving me several options to choose from to resolve my case. I chose to get it dropped to a reckless driving instead of going to a jury hearing just to get the whole situation behind me asap. Now, a year later I needed advice on how to get a few things removed off of my MVR so that I could get my CDL. He guided me through everything I needed to do (always responding fast) and now I’m started at a new company. If I wouldn’t have contacted him I would have a 10 year suspension from CDL. I spent a lot of time on the phone and emailing Rick, I don’t know how he has the time for all of my questions but it is much appreciated.

Today is my third time here. I was here first time in 2022 because I had my driving license suspended after driving 102 in a 55 near Florida border while being under 21. No other attorneys want to take me because they told me the district I got in trouble in is too far. However Rick was able to get it done in a few hours like you would not believed. Second time was because my friend got caught using a phone while driving and he got it dismissed. And this third time was because I failed to come to a complete stop at a stop sign and Rick is currently working on my case. I’m telling yall it’s better to work with Rick because he is incredibly talented and skilled in his profession. The other reason being is don’t be a cheapskate and not want to pay a few hundred bucks for your attorney when your insurance will go up a few hundred dollars for 3-5 years. Do the math and don’t be a dummy. Drive safe!
