We had a $5000 verbal “ if you want me to start working right now, I’m gonna need a payment” contract and were asked to come in four days later to sign contract forms and instead chose to terminate services. We hoped to get most of our money back. And on that same day this law firm billed us 2.5 hours worth of work with the courts. We really needed the $2500 2.5 hours billed.

I had a custody case , he got 5 k. After asking 7500 I said not he brought it down to 5 k. Showed up once in court. Did minimum. Followed that never showed up never answered a call or email. His assistant said hes aware you have court but never showed up. He said he knew the judge but in reality his participation was minimal and does not worth 5k that he never refunded part of since he only attended once. The answer down to this review is exactly copy paste of the answer to the reviews of another person and has no relevance to the facts which tells you this person is care less about poeple like many other attorneys in the valley. The answer explains nothing of why he acted like this , I take your money but I have more important cases so its ok not to attend. This is theft when the least he should have done was apologize and refund the money.

If you do not know what you are doing, it is dangerous to hire just any lawyer. Do your research. Compare the responses from each lawyer. If you do this, you will catch most just out for your money. On the surface, this guy plays the part. "I'll fight for you". I really hope those that are desperate tread carefully. I sympathize with the others who looked for help and were burned by this guy.

All I gotta say is thank you to Sergio Sanchez and his team. They really took the time to listen and made me feel like my case actually mattered.
