Completely unprofessional. I have so far had one experience with this group. They refused communication, sent mail informing me I had to do what they wanted or they would go to the cops with nonsense claims, offered services but never delivered and were loud while trying to be "want to be bullies". John is clearly too young and inexperienced. Stay clear.

Lovely people and place! He does great though work. And fast too. He is a very kind and bright person.
