***Update: I am still having to reach out to get updates on my case. I spoke to the supervisor requesting an email of where we were with my case. I waited about a week and half and sent an email requesting another f/u due to not receiving an email initially. I have also requested a call, and again after not receiving any calls back I called the office and spoke to the supervisor who is handling my case and was I formed that she did email me and she also left a voicemail. I find that completely absurd since I did not get anyone of those requests. My children case was supposed to be completed earlier in the year is what I was told, now I am being informed their pip needed to be exhausted. Now had been true my case could have be closed by now. It seems like we are just going backwards. It is exhausting dealing with this agency. My personal insurance plan is 50k for uninsured motorist, why does it take almost 2 years to negotiate such a small amount. I was referred to this firm by a friend. I was in an accident 04/2024 and completed my treatment 08/2024. I am always having to reach out to check the status. We are now going on a year and four months since I had my accident. Mayra was originally handling my case and then Marissa the office manager. Mayra would never return my calls in a timely manner. I would leave multiple messages. Now I am having the same issue with Marissa. I’ve left several messages and it’s been 2 weeks since I have not had a call back. Now keep in mind we are only dealing with my own personal vehicle insurance so I am confused as to why it has taken a year to negotiate. I do understand some cases do take time especially when we are dealing with someone’s else insurance.

My case settled very well, I was impressed with how long it took and how detailed everyone was with me. Down to me getting my check, the receptionist was helpful and the manager explained everything to me very well and was kind when I went to go get my money. These are the real scammers. I had a bicycle accident almost 10 months ago, and from the beginning, the woman who helped me said that the insurance company had taken responsibility and that they were going to pay. But then she told me it would take time to gather all the medical bills. I thought that was fine since I know this takes time. After 6 months, I started calling and texting, and they stopped responding. They told me they weren't available and would call me back later. This went on for 8 months. After that time, they finally answered and told me they were still gathering bills and that it would take 1 to 2 months to complete the whole process. It's been 10 months now. Every time I call, they give me an excuse, and I don't even get an answer from someone in charge of my case. At one point, I called, and they were going to transfer me, but as soon as I said my name, the receptionist corrected herself and said that no one was available. They've been avoiding my calls and messages for 10 months without giving me an answer. It's a real scam and outrageous. After all this time, I'm starting to think they stole my money. I don't recommend this company at all. Look for a better one.
