Thought I would be able to do this on my own. Once I realized the complexities involved I was more than happy to turn it over to Lance. Lance really helped me for almost 2 years to fight on my behalf after a 3 man pile up I was in on the way to work one morning. Very reliable!! I spoke with Laura Sharp about my potential lawsuit against an ophthalmologist at UT health/Dell. Even though she was on her vacation, she took the time to listen to my whole saga of the doctor’s negligence and all the harm it has caused my vision. She could not take the case because of a conflict of interest, but gave invaluable advice. Little did I know, in order to sue a government agency in Texas like UT Health, you must write a letter to the doctor and his superiors within 6 months of the injury detailing what happened, when and where. I was approaching 6 months so this was critical for me. She gave me other insight and advice and recommended several other attorneys who may be able to take my case. I’m so grateful she took the time out during her vacation to advise me free of change.

My first initial contact when calling this firm was ridiculous. They stated that, without a professional "second opinion" on my situation they could not further look into handling my case ... A 2nd opinion isn't only not a possibility whatsoever, it would be completely pointless. Stupid ... Just stupid.

WHAT AN AMAZING LADY!! (Laura Sharp) This was my very first experience with a dental malpractice, so I was not familiar on the steps or information that was required to help on my case. After talking to Laura Sharp today 10/6/23, I was relieved that she would even consider guiding me. She gave great advice & offered me information on how to proceed with OR even without her help.
