I received a bogus ticket so I hired Jonathan Shelton to fight ticket and we won the case thanks to the hard work from Jonathan Shelton who I highly recommend to hire as the money is well worth it !!!!!!

Jonathon and Chris were both true professionals, and there fee was very reasonable! Chris was my attending attorney and I don't think he liked the plea bargain the police officer offered in a private consultation because it turned into a court hearing before the judge. Chris got the charges dropped down to careless driving instead of passing a school bus with red lights flashing. That meant 3 points rather then 5 points and an automatic suspension. The one year suspension was also dropped because of extreme hardship for my wife and I to get around for doctor appointments and grocery shopping, because we have no relatives to take us! The fine also came down dramatically which was also greatly appreciated! In conclusion it was a great experience for a first time offender to see how the court system works! I found out very quickly that it's very important to have EXCELLENT counsel for your defense and the Shelton Firm provides just that!!! Sincerely, Richard (Dick) Hill

Reached out 3 times until I finally received a call back. Had a traffic violation and told him what happened and basically said I was guilty and I can pay $700 now and basically said he'll see what he can do but no promises. Seemed rude and arrogant on the phone like I was inconveniencing him. Went elsewhere and couldn't be happier. Do research and read reviews.

They have no time for over-the-phone questions, so I was hung up on. So unless you hire them, they have no time for you. Take a chance on them at your own risk.

Very helpful, I chose to try and get traffic infractions dissmised rather then reduced and with a little documentation, and luck, the court agreed they were not valid. Magistrate even offered to get the road fixed!

Got ticket, nothing was dismissed. He told me that could not dismiss any violation but he made a deal that court will give me a credit. He lied everything, I got charged with every single violation and court send me $720 bill to pay. Don’t trust this company. Waste of time. Don’t use for CDL !!!

If you’d like a firm with limited knowledge of US traffic laws, look no further. They will take your money and your case with no plan or understanding of how to deal with it. Some honesty and openness would’ve been appreciated from the initial consultation, instead pushing for more money from people in vulnerable positions.
