billing for services not rendered (or significantly exaggerating services) is illegal and considered fraud!!!! Horrible Attorney , they made us settle a case in which we didn’t want too, then the worst part is years later messages me invoices THREATENED TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST ME i do not prefer any professional people or corporations or any person that cares about there hard earned money with this scamming firm .

A great Law firm that takes the time to update thier clients with every single update in the case and answer every single question you may have with a full break down for you to understand terms of Law you may not know.

I started my journey with one, and ended up with three... From the start, Mr. Wiseman, Mr. Kupferberg and Mr. Siegel were very attentive to my calls and my emails. Explaining the Tenant/Landlord Law Court Process in detail to me. As a first time Landlord, sadly, not only did I let destructive tenants occupy my apartment for way too long, but these shameless tenants stopped paying rent. Mr. Wiseman, Mr. Kupferberg and Mr. Siegel explained the eviction process, in detail, and filed the proper paperwork needed to bring them to court. Unfortunately, the deadbeat tenants skipped out before their court date; but have no fear, as I will be taking them to Civil Court for the Rent in the Rears, as well as the damages they caused and 100% will be using The Siegel Law Firm to take my case to the next level. HIGHEST recommendation! A stunningly concentrated telephone consultation from Mr. SIEGEL for a landlord/tenant dispute involving a threat of eviction via unilateral termination of my lease. I began by telling Mr. Siegel that I have no income except Social Security, a fact which ended the discussion with other attorneys' offices I had previously contacted. Instead of rebuffing me, Mr. Siegel listened to each and every aspect of my case, and offered his opinion as to possible outcomes and other free legal services I might reach out to. Although his surmise in my case offered little that a resolution in my favor might happen, even before a jury, it was great relief "to have the cards on the table" so to speak, and thoroughly explained to me by an expert!
