What I know reflects poor judgment, lack of empathy, and a disturbing disregard for the harm guardianship can cause to vulnerable seniors and their families. This is a clear warning: if you are dealing with elder care or incapacity issues, avoid guardianship if at all possible and get independent advice first. Based on what I know, this is not someone I would trust with decisions affecting a senior’s rights or wellbeing.
