My husband and I were searching endlessly for a good attorney to represent me and help me with evicting my tenants I have had since before we got married. I have a rental property in Schenectady and my tenants were slowing down with rent until they stopped paying me all together at a vulnerable time when I was taking care of my dad on hospice. I couldn't deal with the tenants at the time, with everything I was going thru. We had a consult with Max and he sounded so down to Earth on the phone and answered all of the questions he had for us and we both felt very confident in him and reassured.
