Attorney Jennifer Adams is an experienced, high quality trial and appellate attorney. Some cases are impossible to win because sometimes the law is not on the defendant's side; the prosecutor(s) and judges might be corrupt, but Attorney Adams is a fighter and will not remain silent and will fight like hell for her clients. I recently settled my case with this law firm…and let’s just say I will NEVER use them again for ANYTHING . I was dissatisfied with the services and disgusted with the amount I’ve received for my car accident.. it was ridiculous how I had to constantly call in and upon doing so it was times new people were brought on to my case, and I would have to explain from start. They don’t care! And they received far more money than me as a client in the end… I wish my case was NEVER handed to them by Great Trial which is another company I would NEVER trust to do any other case for me… you are better off going to well known attorneys than this small new inexperienced office. Never again!

Please run the other way! I guarantee you will be Sorry that you placed your fragile situation in the care of Jennifer S. Adams and Heather Donahue. I hired The Synder Adams Law Firm, represented by Heather Donahue and Jennifer S. Adams to assist me with a simple contempt/modification case. My ex has already been charged with willful contempt of court. I paid this firm a retainer of thousands up front on June 5, 2024, a month and a half later, Jennifer S. Adams and Heather tried to bully me into paying them more money to continue representation. I did all of the research concerning my case, emailed them the laws supporting my case, i,e, (Georgia's divorce laws). Heather Donahue did her best to confuse me about the specifics of my case emailing me that I did not have jurisdiction to file for a modification of alimony because I live in another state ... so does my ex, go figure. Unethical? Who are they working for? Against my wishes, Heather requested that the court set my hearing date 45-60 days out, blatantly contrary to my wishes as the client. Any delay of hearing of a contempt case benefits only my ex, adversely harming the petitioner, (me) subsequently, giving the unethical attorney more time to run up the tab. My contempt case was filed a year ago in August 2023. It is now less than two weeks before the delayed hearing they requested, they have not provided me or the court with any documents/and or any documentation to prove my case successfully. This criminal behavior in my case are grounds for disbarment, I will be filing a complaint with the Georgia Bar. I am due a refund, they basically defrauded me of thousands of dollars, I will be seeking a refund through the court system.

I had a personal injury situation that I used Nick Snyder Law Firm for recently. Diana was my case manager and she communicated often and well about what was going on. She was always open to questions and easy to reach or called back quickly when I had questions or concerns. Would definitely recommend for your personal injury needs.

As a previous client, Ms. Adams was not terrible, but I felt as though the communication could have been wayyy better. I would receive emails from her that the defendants attorney sent her without her reviewing the email first. She then never advised when she read the email and would not comment on it. When I asked multiple times, how should I respond to things or what important documents should I send in response to this, I was not given much support or help. I’m not sure if she had a lot of cases at once, but the communication was not great. I would hear from her every two weeks maybe and that was only if I reached out first. I’ve only seen her twice. This could’ve just been my experience, but I was not satisfied. When I decided to go my separate ways, she advised that I was at the mediation stage and I had no idea because we had not been communicating that much, and I had not been in contact with her. Of course, by the time I terminated her, I didn’t have any money left because I was not regularly updated with the cost of things. Invoices would be sent maybe every few months. Again she wasn’t terrible, she turned documents in at a timely manner, but the communication was not good at all. Update: I received distasteful messages after we went separate ways and I did not feel welcome to pick up my discovery packet anymore. My new attorney advised that Ms. Adams said she could not find my documents. After “locating” my documents I was finally able to move forward currently I receive my invoices right after we meet, not 3 weeks later as I did with Mrs. Adams and a lot of my questions/ concerns were answered before I even asked. I also have the opportunity to talk to multiple people in her firm, not just the attorney so my questions are always answered in a timely manner.

My mom was in a car accident in April 23 and she asked me to assist her with the legalities…nonetheless, I chose Nick Synder Law Firm. Each member of the team made this whole process so smooth… A HUGE thank you to the wonderful staff at NSLF.
