I engaged Spiggle Law Firm to address a situation with my previous employer. Without getting into the details of the case (I had to sign a confidentiality agreement), I wanted to say that the outcome was in my favor. I am very happy with the settlement I received. Mr. Ludwig was the attorney (at Spiggle Law) who handled my case. He is a top notch attorney - understood all the nuances of my situation and put forward a very good case. I'd highly recommend this firm for any employment related matters.

I can't believe how unprofessional these people are. I explained my situation to the intake team and paid $100 to consult with their attorney. They sent me two retainer documents and I had to chose one. I called multiple times and emailed them to ask some questions regarding the retainer document. Nobody seems to care and respond back. Looks like I just lost my $100 for nothing. BEWARE!!

My experience with Spiggle Law Firm was disappointing. I contacted Spiggle Law Firm regarding a wrongful termination matter and paid approximately $2600. In return, my interaction consisted of two phone calls and one email, and I never received a clear strategy or meaningful progress on the case. The main issue in my case was communication and lack of direction. After the initial discussions, things seemed to stall and it was unclear what work was actually being done or what the next steps would be. Afterward, I noticed several other reviews describing similar concerns about communication and value relative to the upfront cost, which unfortunately reflected my experience as well. I understand legal matters are complex and outcomes aren’t guaranteed. However, for the amount paid, I expected more engagement, clearer guidance, and a defined path forward. In my case, the $3,100 fee compared to the limited communication and progress left me questioning the value of the services provided. Prospective clients may want to ask detailed questions about what work is included in the initial fee and what level of communication to expect.

Alert Be careful with this law firm. They don’t handle your case directly — they work with other lawyers, like an Uber service for attorneys, and end up charging clients two or three times more. I don’t trust them and wouldn’t recommend their services. They charge me $12,000 just to submit my claim maybe one or two session for like 30 minutes. The warrant successful in their session I’m running my keys by myself. I feel more successful than them. There are money online tools that you could use instead of these guys. They will also double cross you like they did it to me. My lawyer that was assigned to me, was asking to accept the first offer that was insane

If you are looking for serious representation this law firm is for you. There is a process but worth going through it.

This company will take your money and do little… they want 5,000 up front but is laid back till the last minute ….. they have poor communication skills(I ask them to call or text due to my life events and that will be easier to reach me. They never did and never emailed anything I always had to reach out to them and I paid them a service to be a convenience to me …) .. they lack empathy to their client’s situation but ask for more money after 60 days …. Willl not recommend. TYLER WAS my lawyer … never again 🙏🏾 . Never gave updates … gave inaccurate information to me and when I stated my point of view .. it was considered not respectful

My initial consultation went well and it felt like a good choice. The staff were friendly and responsive. I had my initial meeting with the attorney and was counseled there wasn’t a case to pursue. That’s fine, that’s why I wanted to do a consultation. Just be mindful that the various billing charges add up quickly. I was charged $2000 of my initial $3000 retainer to review docs and a one hour call. Their rates were in the retainer contract. I just didn’t expect the number of hours I would be billed for an initial consult.

DO NOT USE THIS FIRM!! FRAUDULENT! RIP OFFS! Gave them a retainer, I got not a damn thing accomplished spoke with an INCOMPETENT “Camilla” who sounded like a student with no knowledge of my case AFTER she said she reviewed my documents. They charged 1500 just for an Invoice. I’m SURE they are upset cause I said I didn’t feel confident about our last conversation and I wanted my money back. The math not mathing! 3k down the drain. Suppose to be helping. Crooks with a Law Firm!

I spent 30 minutes explaining a clear, well-documented case of workplace discrimination, sexual harassment, and retaliation. I’m a full-time student, paid hourly, living in an unstable environment, and have already been placed on nearly a month of paid leave by my employer—something that alone should indicate the strength and legitimacy of my case. After thoroughly explaining everything, Adriana Valdez told me she didn’t have any of my documents in front of her, despite my completing their lengthy and glitchy AI intake system beforehand. The experience felt careless, rushed, and completely disconnected from the urgency of what I’m living through. For a firm that markets itself as an advocate for employees facing discrimination, this was a disappointing display of indifference. There was no empathy, no practical guidance, and no willingness to help someone without financial means. People like me deserve real advocacy and action, not empty branding. The Spiggle Law Firm failed to take even the most basic steps to engage with a legitimate case.

After being thoroughly disgusted and unsatisfied with their lack of communication and progress I decided to close my account with $1,000 in my account. I knew I would take a loss for the money that I already spent but I told him to stop all services with the 1000 in my account. I was invoiced for $1,000 for some bill that I can't see because I'm no longer in Clio. Their happiness coordinator Marcelo Perez refuses to tell me anything. I can't get them to contact me back. I'm being directed to an AI that is supposed to sound like a person. And when I called their Washington and Maryland office I'm immediately directed to a voicemail. It's 11:30 in the in the day and no one is in the office.
