Mr. Abreo, we have been made aware of your Google review of our firm. For clarity, you were never retained as a client and never provided legal advice or billed or charged by our firm for legal work. You participated in an approximate 15 minute no-cost and no-risk assessment by phone of your legal matter with one of our licensed attorneys, who in that call advised you of the likely legal action required to attempt to address your legal matter and of our terms of engagement for the scope of work you had described. Based on that discussion, a determination was made NOT to proceed with a formal engagement between you and our firm on the terms as proposed and the discussions ended having never agreed to provide legal services to you. Once again, you were never a client of the firm and no charges were ever incurred by you or claimed due from you. We wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors.

This law firm is known to charge customer's credit cards without rendering service. In my case they did a fraudulent charge and did nothing to complete my legal necessities and ignored phone calls. They are beyond unprofessional and the entire group should be disbarred. I am speaking with a law firm now to bring suit against these attorneys.
