They are amazing! I would recommend this firm to anyone closing on a property in Florida. The attorneys and staff were meticulous and on top of every detail of my closing. I worked with a big bank that was hard to coordinate with and this firm was on top of everything and extremely proactive. The closing process was so smooth and they were able to give me paper and digital copies of my closing for my records. I even had a property tax question after my closing and they happily help me with who and how to contact the county. I will definitely use them again in the future.

The Tarich Law Firm is the ONLY firm I recommend to friends, family and associates. Why is that? Jamie, Manny & their associates are dedicated to the best interests of their clients. That is what they are focused on. Making $$ is of course important to them, as it is to everyone else. However, my long term relationship with Jamie and Manny has shown that they will defer making a fee if the matter or the case @ hand does NOT warrant the fees. Professionals and competent with a high degree of integrity. Who can ask for more? Furthermore, once they are on your team, you will ALWAYS be the winner. Always. Manny and his staff have been great from start to finish. Manny takes his cases personal considering he has had certain insurance scams happen to him so he takes every case personal which means he will fight for you. Have used these guys for years ever since they were a 2 man operation. Now the firm has grown and the personal attention hasn’t changed a bit. They are not the cheapest firm but they are fairly priced for the quality of representation and when it counts do you really want the guy who handles cases for $100? The adage you get what you pay for comes to mind. They are also far from the most expensive firm. The quality of work is second to none they have won cases for me that to be honest I probably had no business winning. Bottom line if You need an Attorny and you need to win this is the firm to go to!

Typical law office. Attitude & high priced.

This firm did a closing on our house and made both errors and omissions. Starting with a $5600 error, which they blamed on the computer program, and then claiming we owed more money days after the closing was done. The total amount deposited in my account differed with the final closing statement. I had to call them to get an explanation., which they again blamed a computer glitch. Total incompetence. I learned at the last minute, just before we had the closing, that the buyer of our house worked as an attorney at this firm. Conflict of interest? I wouldn't use this firm to do a closing on a garden shed. Only a completely unethical individual would call the misunderstanding over the washer and dryer, that weren't included on the contract, as an attempt to extort. Shame on you. The buyers were told right from the onset those appliances were not included.

The best firm, Manny will work with you 100% He cares about his clients. He make sure you understand the contract and what his intentions are to win the case, he's very polite very manageable and most of all very professional. Go with this firm and you want regret it. A very elegant office.

Thank you guys for the great work you did for me with the closing that went south. I wish I hired you before all the mess but now I know that in the future I have a great honest lawyer on my side.
