had a really disappointing experience with Ticket Clinic. The entire process felt rushed and impersonal, like I was just another number in a system. Communication was minimal, explanations were vague, and it never felt like anyone actually took the time to review my situation carefully. They move extremely fast, but not in a good way. It felt like they were just pushing cases through instead of actually advocating or giving real guidance. When I had questions, it was hard to get clear answers, and I never felt confident that my case was being handled with attention or care. If you’re looking for a firm that actually slows down, listens, and puts effort into your case, this was not my experience here. I wouldn’t use them again.

Received a citation beginning of December. On the night I received my citation, I immediately contacted the ticket clinic via their website. The whole process was painless and quick. I just paid the very affordable fee and they handled everything else. The ticket clinic sent constant email communications regarding updates on my case, and had my case dismissed by the beginning of this month. I didn’t have to put a single thought into anything—-they handled it all. If I ever receive another traffic citation, I know exactly what to do!

Very happy with my service in The Ticket Clinic!, the process is super easy, flat -fee usually cheaper than the ticket. Everything was via online, text and no court appearance. "Unfortunately" I had to use the service two times, and so far, no points, no fines, and no mandatory traffic school, they handled the whole process. I highly recommend The ticket Clinic.

Waste of money. Had hired ticket clinic services to help me out with a speeding ticket. 84 in a 70. I was being represented by Ira Karmelin, come to find out they entered a plea of No Contest, my $204 fine is now $211 and now I have been given a court order to take an online course. It feels like they just took my money and ran. I paid you guys $100 for something I could've done myself online. Why hire a lawyer who won't fight for you. Crazy to think people have ran red lights and gotten out of tickets with you. 0/10
