Couldn't help this time, but responded fast, and very friendly. They handled a personal injury claim for me in the past, everytime I've called or even before, EVERYONE had A+ communication skills, and spoke regular English (Not Lawyer English...). Thanks everyone for always helping!

Wouldn't recommend

Extremely slow at delivering the final product, cannot never talk to the attorney on the phone and they rarely respond to emails in the same day and sometimes in the same week. Probably not using them again.

Not professional,,, Our lawyer was doing a Court case yes Judge and other client on his phone while he was with us at a Mediation and letting us listen to him and the court case .. I told him I hope your not charging us for that he said oh no ..Well the whole 2 hours was a joke he send us a bill for 1500.00 and nothing was solved..This case has been going on for 3 years and it's a case where a Taxi business is being run out of a home that's in a Residential Neighborhood they have 10 taxis coming and going all hours of the day and night ... I live in a Residential Neighborhood not a business district this business brings down the Value of my property ... I would advise do not hire Trenti lawyers very unprofessional and they never call you even if you leave them messages they wasted 3 years of our time doing nothing.. We will seek other help and report this lawfirm 3 years with Trenti Lawfirm 4000.00 payed and 2 lawyers Nothing done....

Not professional, Stressed us out made we the client feel like the bad people..Shame on Trenti and the shameful treatment of a client..Never called back they made the problem we were having even worse .

Big bullies who used threatening email, no responses back and just unprofessional in their services.

Trenti law firm has been in charge of my father’s estate since June of 2020. My fathers only asset in question (his home) sold in October 2020. We are still waiting to hear back about settlement…. They are non responsive & I never get clear answers back. I am told things & then they are not true. I hope I’m not paying for asking the same questions 5 times with NO ANSWER!!! There lack of response has cost us money. They are full of excuses. It is tiresome to follow up with them instead of them just moving things along & letting us know what happens next. I called 1/20 and still haven’t heard back (1/28). This is unacceptable & unprofessional. I would NOT USE THIS FIRM.
