CarolAnn is more of an attorney than the rest of their “trainee attorneys”. If you don’t push for the max amount on your case, the attorneys WILL NOT ! Their office assigned me a “just started attorney” that did not advocate for me to the point that i had to stand up for myself because they do not. their firm takes a really large chunk of your money. If you don’t play by their rules, (IYKYK) then they retort to condescending remarks on the phone to you; like “At least you got what you got” deplorable at best 2 stars is generous because of CarolAnn; she needs to own this place. word to the wise: shop around different law firms (especially if you are not traditional american) the utleys get 34 to 35% of your money FYI. please get second opinion before making life changing decision. I really hate writing bad reviews, so my apologies for my shared experience with this office.
