Don't waste your time. These attorneys made me lose any settlement I deserved. I was hit by a car walking in the MGM parking garage. Cameras everywhere. It was a hit and ran situation. The doctor they partnered with didn't listen to anything I said to her. No X-rays done until after she caused me migraines five to six days in one week. I was rear-ended by another vehicle. Gave them that case also. They told me the person who hit me said I hit them. I told the attorney If I hit them,why aren't they sueing me. Still haven't been sued by them because they hit me. Very bright attorneys. I'm still suffering from the injuries today. They wanted me to lie and sue my mother who I didn't live with. They let the time run out for me to do anything. I could have found a more competent attorney to handle my case. They didn't do all they could have for me. Don't waste your time with these people. They will treat you like your case is just another payday for them. They don't care.

Joseph Chandlee was my transferred attorney from another group. My case was pretty straight forward. The main reason why I am giving a 2 star is that it seems the front desk is always quite short and rude when answering the phone. That when it came to asking her a question, she treated me like I was a nuisance for calling in the first place. The time for the office to reply took to long for replies. I left voicemail on 9/11, had to send another email 9/13 to say I did not get a call back. Received a reply 9/14 to tell me I would be call back....no call. I sent a follow up email on 9/18, finally got a reply. They were quick to send over a docusign to get signed for them to have POA over the awarded amount. Updated: since Chandlee called and said they would talk to the person who was rude with me. Still was not impressed with the callback wait time from a 3 to a 4 star.
