A kindhearted person who does this community a personal favor by continuing to commute to Ozark despite living in a busier area that would probably garner her more business. 5 stars all the way!

This woman uses Friends and Family to leave fake generic review. One admits to being a lifelong friend. Absolutely horrible. I had a disability case that I lost Due to the fact that ms. Valenzuela only asked 2 questions to the judge. She didnt guide me or even help me with what to say and what I said ultimately led to the judge writing me off as being uncredible because they only had a part of my story and ms valenzuela didnt say anything or ask me anything to help me say or do the right things. Over been fighting for my disability for 6 years. Ms valenzuela was the final nail on my coffin and I AGAIN have to wait years to appeal thanks to a lawyer who didnt care one way or the other if i won it lost my case. Would absolutely never come here again. This is people's life at stake here and they are just playing games. Also told me she would help me find someone to appeal but wouldnt even see me to help. Just had her assistant give me a number. No name on it no idea who I'm calling. 0/10 absolutely terrible. Go somewhere else dont throw away your chance. Edit: You seem like you have something you would like to say, why not say it? There must be some sort of truth to my claim or it would have taken sooner than 3 years to reply. The bar should revoke your license. Your petty response says enough and everyone on here can see your true colors. 👍Your single response was more lawyering than anything done for my case.
