Victoria helped us set up our Living Trust very efficiently and candidly during the COVID-19 pandemic. We had several Zoom meetings with Victoria and she explained the Living Trust very detailed to us, who did not know much about Living Trust at that time. We proceeded with Victoria to establish our Living Trust successfully. We really appreciated Victoria's help. Victoria's charge is slightly below the market rate to the best of my market research. One thing, which Victoria probably did not know, is Alameda County (and perhaps other counties too) does not accept personal checks without the owner's name and address printed on the check. When we tried to change our Grant Deed, our package was returned/rejected because our personal check did not show a bank-printed name and address. LOL...

It took a little less than a month to complete my trust! If you are prepared and ready to answer her questions, Victoria will turn around the documents very quickly. She moves super fast and operates very efficiently. I recommend you read a bit about what type of document you want so you can work at her pace. Also, ask about the fees end to end so you know what to expect. A lot of people are shocked at either the notary fee or recording fee, but if you ask ahead, you will know and can make the best decision for you. I will use her again for other family members for sure.

Victoria helped us do our Will and Trust, last year, she was very efficient and effective. She spent time to help us understand the benefits of having Will and trust and how to read and understand the document. Once we gave her the information needed the documents were ready within few days and she gave us the instructions for the next steps. We were very happy with her work and courtesy.

Victoria is very professional. When I found her, I had a failed will. Other lawyers asked me to do the probate, which would be quite a long time and expensive. But she talked me just 5 min and found another way, it's an easier cheaper ,she is amazing!
