I had numerous felonies which were overturned by the Arizona Supreme Court, which were then referred back to the trial court. My attorney, Counselor David Wilkison, through his negotiation skills with superior county prosecutors and courtroom advocacy, had all my felonies reduced to misdemeanors. I recommend Counselor Wilkison without reservation!

Mr Wilkison is one of the most arrogant "lawyers" I have ever had. Over priced, rude & unprofessional behavior, and didn't even win my case. Save yourself the money and find a lawyer on facebook marketplace, I have no doubt in my mind they would do better.

Terrible Lawyer. Never responds to clients, is ALWAYS late to court, and pressures the client into plea deals for crimes that they are innocent of. I would not recommend this law firm if you are innocent and want a REAL lawyer to ACTUALLY do their job and DEFEND you.

Mr. Wilkison helped me regain my hope when the judicial system had left me feeling defeated . Self representation is never the right option especially in Family Law. Years ago I met DW while working in LE. We sat on opposing tables at the time as he was defending his client I had a hand in putting there. I always admired his tenacity in defending his clients and always felt that if I needed that kind of help, I would want an attorney like him representing me. Fortunately I’ve been able to keep my nose clean and always stay out of trouble. This was true until I was rear ended on I10 by someone looking at the trailing end of a police pursuit instead of straight in front of them. My work truck was totaled and the injuries to my face put me out of work for over a month. Once out of the hospital I immediately knew to call David. He and his firm quickly got the ball rolling in a direction that ended very fruitfully for me.
