I left I dont know how many lmesaages to get info on my daughters case and no one returns calls at all I find it redicouse how they treat family of clients this law firm dont ever call anyone back and I think they are not good at what they do thats why they font call u back I called them a dozen times and they lie about callingi anyone back redicoulse this firm does nothing ♂‍🤦 and I dont think they are in to help people at all in all d again and again and again and nothing else Hus is how this firm is really not worth it if anyone is looking I myself would not choose this firm u get nothing from om them it's been 2 months and these people still never get back to you about a case I would never recommend this company to anybody they don't do nothing they don't talk to the family they don't do anything they don't get back to the family it's always excuses I would never tell someone to use this firm what a joke of a firm my daughter gave permission along time ago this is how this attorney treats clients Family with disrespect would anyone want to be treated with disrespect from their family members attorney when their client gave permission along time ago let me also say they fail to let family support their client at court in when the client needs family the most court appointed or not this is not the way to act to a clients family that does have permission to know what's going on by client especially when they have custody of their clients son who should have the right as well so no I would not choose this firm with how they treat the clients family on a serious charge

Paralegal seemed helpful & empathetic, but ghosted me after one conversation. A simple call to express disinterest in forming a client relationship would be nice. The answering service was very helpful though...

I cannot believe how long I was lead on. You are better off with other lawyers

Sent an online inquiry about setting up a consultation. I was contacted the following day. She asked a lot of questions and the asked for a copy of my existing orders. She provided an email address. When I sent the copy, she couldn’t remember speaking to me, come to find out she thought I was the Attorney General’s office sending her orders for clients that weren’t theirs. I explained that I am not the AG but someone she spoke to last week about a consultation. I was surprised but made the decision right then that first impressions go a long way.This was odd and tells me that they may not be organized. Lesson learned, inquire in person.

Pathetic, the paralegal would not even work w/me about my case…save yourself the trouble & select another law firm

Was like pulling teeth trying to get his staff to follow up with me after I paid in full Mike never really had a true game plan and how to fight my case please don’t make the same mistake I did. Mike did not represent me very well I’m very disappointed.

Mike Warner is polite and kind. He has given us hope when there was none. Thank you to the office staff too! They have been very helpful!

I had Mike as a public defender in a serious criminal case. And it blow my mind at the level of professionalism I witnessed at trial! Mike and his team are dedicated to their job because they understand it's you're life and the outcome of thier work has real consequences. On top of that he is a compassionate man it was a real honor to have him represent me in court.

Called about a case and the girl answering the phone hung up because I guess it wasn't important enough for them
