I was extremely impressed from start to finish with Max Morgan and the Weitz Firm. I have never had to open suit before in my life, and it was extremely daunting to find the best attorney and firm to work with. I ended up contacting multiple firms for my case, and out of the 10+ I contacted, over half didn't reply, the other 3-4 required upfront payment from me or didn't want the case. Max Morgan and the Weitz Firm were the only ones to reply quickly to me, explain how everything works, and seemed to genuinely care and have strong knowledge of the situation. I work in a similar industry wherein I represent clients (not legally, but in their acquisitions/management of certain assets). I can immediately recognize when somebody/an organization knows what they're doing. I could tell immediately these were "my guys". I had an overall incredibly easy process, and the situation ended quite favorably for me. They accomplished everything we set out to do, and ANY time I contacted Max, he answered almost immediately every single time. You cannot go wrong with them! Max Morgan is a wizard! I was being constantly harrassed by telemarketers. I googled around to see what my options were and the Weitz Firm came highly recommended. Their web form was easy and Mr. Morgan contacted me within a day or so. We worked together to gather the necessary information to indentify the companies that were responsible for the bulk of the calls. When one company seriously overstepped and started an insurance policy under my name without my consent, Mr. Morgan sprang into action and secured a handsome settlement! As an added benefit of our efforts I've managed to get myself onto some companies' do not call lists and I've seen a marked decrease in unwanted calls. Mr. Morgan is friendly, knowledgeable, personable, easy to reach and generally a pleasure to work with. He advocated for me strongly and the results were fantastic! I'm investing my settlement into growing my small business and couldn't be happier with my experience with Weitz.

Back in 2020 my father passed away due to medical malpractice, I contacted this firm about the incident and they told me that I had to answer the call from the lawyer or they wouldn’t take on my case so be sure that in the middle of my workday I was able to have access to my phone to take his call. Okay I did that we spoke very briefly about my case he said he would take it and that was the last time we spoke. His receptionist emailed me back 3-4 times when I asked for any news at all and she just informed me she was going out on leave for a bit and she would be unreachable. About a year later I get a letter in the mail saying there was nothing they could do and that I need to hurry to make another claim if I want cause you only get about 2 years to make a claim and they wasted a little more than a year of that time doing absolutely nothing.

With limited resources with the circumstances I was in they were able to get me compensation for the trauma I went through and what my family had to endure… I would highly recommend them and if I need their help again I will not hesitate to call them they are THE BEST!
