I called for a consultation and my lawyer made me cry

The way this law firm operates is a complete joke. My father and I have had an on going case for about 3 years now for a simple car accident and the case is yet to be closed or even progressed. Last time we met about the case was on a zoom call, and I witnessed our lawyer vaping several times on the call which I find very unprofessional. If you want to waste your time and money as well as having drawn out, unserious, and laughable representation, I recommend whaley law firm. If you'd rather have a law firm that is serious about your case DO NOT go here.

The Whaley law firm started to represent me 3 years ago and yet to close the case. The past seven months there has been no contact from them. I called and left several messages and no one will return my messages. I'm now starting to receive medical bills that were supposed to be paid through them by the insurance company. I am very disappointed in the service from this law firm and wonder if this the way that they practice.

I wouldn't recommend this attorney!! Held my case until I had no choice but to settle it. Mr Whaley didn't even introduce himself to me at any time I was his client. He had my case for over a year and a half. Worse attorney I have ever encountered

All praises to the most high YAHAWA GOD above all else I waited 3 months before I felt comfortable everyone else before Whaley law firm I feel like it was a scam But I text a number one day after seeing my prayers at 6:00 in the morning I got to return call by 7:30 or 8:00 He took my information within a day or so he had me getting treated as synergy When I say it was heaven sent From Miss Faye all the way to the owner himself I'm more than grateful that I went with them and I tell you not only did they help me out but they cared more about healing my body then giving me a check To me my life was everything to them and I know I'm not the only client but they treated me like I was family Thank you so much to whalley law firm and may God bless you all.
